Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Hale Path Packaging for delivery within the United Kingdom.

1. Processing Time

All custom packaging orders are processed after proof approval.

  • Standard processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Complex or bulk orders may require additional time (we notify you in advance)

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable UK-wide shipping through trusted courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 1–2 business days

Delivery time begins after production is completed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight

  • Box dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before completing the order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you

  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours

  • You can track the shipment through the courier’s website


5. Failed Delivery / Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address:

  • The order may be returned to us

  • Re-delivery charges may apply


6. Damaged Parcels During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the damaged package

  • We will assist with a replacement or claim based on courier assessment
