We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights regulations.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.
Custom-printed or personalized items may only be returned if defective or not produced according to the approved specifications.
If you receive an item that is defective or different from the approved proof:
You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery at sales@halepathpackaging.com.
Please provide photos or evidence of the defect.
Upon verification, we will reprint the order at no cost.
Customers may be required to return the defective items within 10 working days.
Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by the customer, unless otherwise required by UK law.
For non-defective returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A deduction may apply for printing, set-up, and processing charges depending on the manufacturing stage of the product.
You may cancel your order within:
Up to 4 hours after proof approval → full refund.
After 4 hours but before production begins → 5% cancellation fee.
Once printing/production begins → the order cannot be cancelled, as the item is custom-made.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
