A liquid pouch has to hold its product without leaking and protect it until it is used. Three things matter most.
Barrier. Some products need protection from oxygen, moisture or light. The film structure is chosen to suit the product and its shelf life. If sustainability matters to your brand, ask about recyclable pouches.
Seals. Most leaks start at the seals, so seal quality and the way the pouch is filled both matter. Overfilling, trapped air and rough handling can all stress a seal.
