Hale Path Packaging’s custom boxes are made of corrugated cardboard and are packed flat and unrolled. It’s flat and folds two different ways. Among the materials we use for the box, it features indestructible side gussets from the back wall and a secondary inner sole.
The sides of the roller box are flush with the ground. The sides are folded to form two side walls with three layers of thickness, and the size is graded to indicate style. The whole thing is die-cut with smooth edges and more precise dimensions for tape-free assembly. The overall measurement is inside and the final measurement is depth.
